The pizza debate is always raging, and it is one debate were everyone is right, and wrong!
There is enough room in the pizza loving world for all pizzas and pizza lovers to coexist equally. This is why we are releasing our 11 PERSONAL FAVORITES. This is a very personal list, based on what WE LIKE, and while we are certain there will be debate, it is more to inform you of our likes. And great places like Frank Pepe’s and Pasta Beach are not Massachusetts based, so they are not included.
And without further ado, and in no particular order (but probably a little order) here are our eleven favorite pizzas, with direct links to all.

Santarpio’s East Boston
Always will be a personal favorite. I have going there since I can remember eating pizza, and took everyone I know when I could.

Regina Pizza North End
You can absolutely love both Santarpio’s and Regina, and the fact that they give you extra oil is a boss move. I love the original location’s bar.

Cape Cod Café, Brockton
Inventors and King of the South Shore Bar Pie, these pizzas are personal sized, have a buttery crust and a cheese blend that makes your mouth water. 5wd

Nana’s Pizza, Everett
Never sleep on the suburban favorites, they generally have a hard core local following for a reason!

Angelo’s Pizza Stoneham
Fresh matters! And they even do them Sicilian Style.

Louis Pizza, Woburn
Small, unassuming shop on Main Street in South Woburn (down the street from where I grew up) making some of the best pizza since 1954.

Volturno, Worcester
High end, and super authentic, their dough takes three days to prepare and it is worth every minute!

Picco, Boston Tremont Street
Many times I talk about restaurant that never get talked about enough, Picco is a perfect example. Always perfect, always packed and always innovating.

Molinari’s, Dorcester
When you have excellent friends, they bring you to places that they know you will love. One trip to Molinari’s and I was hooked.

Villa Sophia Brimfield
Tuesdays only and worth the wait, amazing focaccia bread as a base. Highly underrated.

Source, Cambridge

The super hot oven and the amazing dough that takes 2 days to make, make this Neapolitan style pizza a must.
