Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around for a minute, you might miss it. It is great that Spruce Point Inn Resort and Spa gives you the ability to slow down. The look and feel changes with the days and even time. Every where you look is a post card view. Great place to get a way from it all. Located in Boothbay Harbor Maine, this resort is only minutes from downtown with a plethora of shopping and additional dining options.
The best thing about staying in Maine is the amazing abundance of fresh lobster everywhere!
The Salty Stag, which is the hotel restaurant at the Spruce Point Inn Resort & Spa , features lobster all over the menu. Chef Dan Brock definitely knows what people want and is very skilled in playing off of the flavors of lobster. Many of these have already gone viral on our Instagram page, and the full menu is here: Salty Stag
White Clover at the Spruce Point Inn Resort and Spa is a nice up scale option for the Boothbay Harbor area. Chef Dan Brock really flexed his skills with this menu and the level of execution of these dishes.
The most unique thing about Spruce Point Inn Resort and Spa is they can schedule you to visit Burnt Island Lighthouse. Most days you can be alone with your group on the island for a picnic (arranged separately) to explore the grounds including amazing views of all the boats passing by.
Sometimes you just want to sit and chill out in a quiet, relaxing place. I love that the grounds have so many of these little spots to sit, watch a sunset, or hang out near a camp fire. Playing games on the lawns, or having s’mores at night can keep kinds entertains for hours!
Orne’s Candy Store , just 10 minutes from the Spruce Point Inn Resort and Spa, is a throwback candy store from yesteryear. Straight out of Mayberry, the cheery staff and wonderful selection will keep most kids and adults happy.
