Christina, Pastry Chef and Owner of Basic Batch Donuts located in Milford, MA., graduated with a baking and pastry degree from Johnson and Wales University in Denver, CO. She came back to Massachusetts and after working at some impressive restaurants in Boston ( like @mentonboston ) she started her own venture.
I brought two boxes to friends and both were excited before they even opened the box!
Big, light, fluffy and fresh is what you want for donuts these days. With so many bakeries and shops there is no reason not to find one close to you and explore.
