Great with wine, beer or even iced tea, charcuterie boards are versatile and can be build out and expanded with cheese, fruits pickled vegetables (my favorite accompaniment ) and even candied nuts.

On Monday, It will be FIVE years since the amazing renovation at the Oak Long Bar at the Fairmont Copley Plaza. I have been visiting for years, back when it was called the Oak Room and during the time they tried to keep it unchanged. I love the new renovations and often meet clients and friends there.
