Background: I was born in Willimantic, Connecticut, I started out as a dishwasher at the age of 13 and rose through the kitchen. I am a graduate of Johnson and Wales university. I have worked for celebrity chefs, a five star relais and chateaux resorts and hotels, have been featured in a cookbook and helped raise culinary awareness for the state of Connecticut for their vocational technical program. My passion for cooking comes from my grandmother who thought me classic ways along with modern ways of cooking. My style of cooking is American cuisine along with old world flair.

The gin and ginger shrimp .

The bacon jam filet is by far my favorite to make.

My husband cooks mostly at home
