Q1 What is your first or best memory of cooking and who was it with?
Probably with my dad making breakfast. He worked late and I went to bed early so some days I would only see him in the morning. He made it fun, joking around juggling eggs etc.
Q2 What is your most popular dish?
At La Morra the Bolognese by far.
Q3 What is your favorite dish to make and why?
I’m still searching for the most perfect roast duck, and I love cooking the perfect piece of fish, bowl of risotto and the most al dente pasta.
Q4 What do you eat when you are not working/ favorite thing to eat?
Everything bagel and in this order cream cheese lox, cucumber, tomato, red onion
Q5 What Celebrity or historical figure would you like to cook for and have dinner with and why?
JFK. Fellow Brookline guy, Marilyn you know Camelot the whole mystique.
Q6 Favorite Vacation spots, and why?
Italy. Country side, food people.
Q7 Not your own spot, what is your favorite restaurant and why?
Sycamore in Newton Centre. Talented chefs and staff creative menu but approachable to all and great service.
