Goodstuff Smokehouse in Blackstone Massachusetts, is the definition of a Hidden Gem.
Their brisket is super tender and juicy with a great bark, you absolutely do not need sauce. But if you want sauce, I suggest their sweet sauce full of apple flavors with a little bit of cinnamon in it.
Their Pulled Pork Cubano was perfect, and because the pulled pork was Juicy it held up to the bread. Definitely worth the visit.
